Corporate Communication Policy

The Communication Policy of PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (MNC Bank / the Company) is designed to ensure that corporate information is delivered accurately, transparently, and in a timely manner to maintain a positive image and manage reputation risks.

 

A.   Policy Objectives

To establish effective communication with all stakeholders, promote a brand image consistent with the business vision, and ensure fair disclosure of information.

 

B.   Basic Principles (GCG)
The communication is based on the principles of Good Corporate Governance, particularly Transparency (disclosure of material information) and Accountability (clarity of function and implementation).

 

C. Communication Targets and Media

  • Shareholders: Conducted through General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS), Public Exposures, Information Disclosures, Annual/Financial Reports, and the official websites.

  • Regulators: Conducted through periodic and incidental electronic reporting (and physical reporting if required) to the relevant Regulators.

  • Public and Customers: Conducted through outdoor media, digital channels, the official websites, and email access.

  • Media: Conducted through press releases and press conferences.

  • Internal: Conducted through structured communication between the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and all levels of employees.

 

D. Email Access
The Company provides access for shareholders, investors, and the public to communicate via email at: corporate.communication@mncbank.co.id

 

The Communication Policy is reviewed periodically in accordance with the Company's development.
