Admission tickets may not be copied, resold, or duplicated and are valid for one-time use only.
Each ticket is valid for one (1) person and will be checked at the entrance. Each ticket grants admission to one (1) guest and must be presented upon entry. If you are visiting as a group, we recommend arriving together. Please arrive within 30 minutes of your selected time slot, as late arrivals may not be guaranteed entry.
Tickets are valid only for the date and time stated on the ticket. Admission is not guaranteed for guests arriving after their scheduled entry time.
Re-entry is not permitted.
Admission to the Museum of Ice Cream is subject to all government-mandated Safety Management Measures and the Museum of Ice Cream’s applicable rules and regulations. Guests found to be in violation of any rules or regulations may be required to leave the premises.
Tickets remain valid for 30 days after the ticket date. Guests may reschedule their tickets using the link provided in the email accompanying their ticket purchase.
Museum of Ice Cream shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage, or loss suffered by guests, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Museum of Ice Cream reserves the right, without prior notice and without refund, compensation, or liability, to change operating hours, close and/or restrict admission due to capacity limitations, adverse weather conditions, special events, or other reasons.
