Terms & conditions:

1. This promotion is valid exclusively for MNC Bank Credit Cardholders who receive the promotional offer through WhatsApp or Email.

2. Credit card activation can be completed by contacting the MNC Bank Call Center at 1500 188 or through the MotionBank App.

3. A minimum transaction of IDR 50,000 within one (1) calendar month at any merchant (online & offline) is required.

4. Receive one (1x) cashback of IDR 50,000 per customer during the program period.

5. Not applicable for Cash on Hand (COH) transactions or ATM cash withdrawals (cash advance).

6. Refunded or canceled transactions will not be counted.

7. Cashback will be credited directly to the customer’s primary credit card in the following month, no later than the 20th of each month.

8. Cashback will only be credited to credit cards that are active, not blocked, and not in delinquent status.

9. If there is any indication of fraud, misconduct, and/or irregular transactions, MNC Bank reserves the right to cancel the cashback reward.

10. Valid for all MNC Bank Credit Cards, except MNC Bank Corporate Credit Cards.

11. PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program earlier; and to modify, remove, or add any terms and conditions at its sole discretion by providing at least 7 working days prior notice through the website at www.mncbank.co.id.
