Pensiun Motion Savings with product code TABTASMOT is a savings product intended for retired ASN (State Civil Apparatus) and State Officials as an account for receiving monthly pension funds/salary, following the appointment of PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk or MNC Bank as the first digital payment partner of PT Taspen (Persero) through the MotionBank application, which provides customers with easier access to benefit disbursements and other banking/financial activities.

Enter your Pension Identity Number, then follow the next steps
Click ‘Agree to Terms and Conditions’, then click ‘Continue’
Enter the OTP code (the OTP code will be sent via SMS to the registered mobile phone number)
Select ‘Upload KTP’
Take a photo of your e-KTP within the provided frame, then click ‘Continue’
Select ‘Take Selfie Photo’
Take a selfie with your e-KTP within the provided frame, then click ‘Continue’
Select ‘Liveness Detection’
Follow the instructions on your mobile phone screen, then click ‘Continue’
Ensure your personal data is correct, then click ‘Continue’
Select ‘Gross Annual Income’ and ‘Purpose of Account Opening’, then click ‘Continue’
Confirm your data, then click ‘Continue’
Create a password, then click ‘Continue’
Create a transaction PIN, then click ‘Continue’
Click ‘Start Video Call’
Complete the verification via Video Call

How to open a Pensiun Motion Savings account at a branch:
Prepare the required documents:
Visit the nearest MNC Bank Branch
Go to the Customer Service section to open a Pensiun Motion Savings account
Account opening is conducted without the need for form completion and is carried out through an onboarding process using the customer’s mobile phone, guided by Customer Service
Follow all procedures as instructed by Customer Service. Customer Service must ensure that the customer’s photo matches the e-KTP (customer identity). Customer Service must guide the customer to perform authentication through the Andal by Taspen application.
Receive your MNC ATM/Debit Card
Activate via the MotionBank app. Ensure that the phone number and email address used belong to the customer or the beneficiary, supported by a statement letter from the beneficiary.

Syarat & ketentuan umum:
Account opening can be done at all Bank branch offices or through the MotionBank application.
Account opening at branches follows the branch account opening mechanism in accordance with applicable provisions.
Customers who open Pensiun Motion Savings through a branch must activate MotionBank after the account is successfully opened in order to use the Pensiun Motion Savings facilities of MNC Bank.
If the Customer opens a Pensiun Motion Savings account at an MNC Branch, the Customer will receive an MNC ATM/Debit Card with Mastercard logo and will not receive a passbook.
Cash withdrawals or cash deposits for Pensiun Motion Savings can be made at minimarket outlets that cooperate with the Bank.
Customers understand that these terms and conditions may be amended by the Bank from time to time and will be notified to the Customer no later than 30 (thirty) working days before the changes, additions, and/or adjustments to these Terms and Conditions take effect. If during the notification period no objection is received from the Customer, the Customer shall be deemed to have agreed. If the Customer does not agree, then after fulfilling all obligations to the Bank, the Customer has the right to terminate the use of Pensiun Motion Savings in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Any notification from the Bank will be delivered in writing or verbally to the Customer’s address recorded in the Bank’s data. Such notifications may also be announced in writing on notice boards at each Bank branch office, in print media, electronic media, or other media. The delivery of such notifications refers to the applicable laws and regulations.
Customers are required to attach the following supporting physical documents for Pensiun Motion Savings:
Photocopy of Pension Identity Card (KARIP)
Original and photocopy of Pension Decree (SK Pensiun)

Photocopy of applicant’s identity card (KTP/SIM)

Customers are required to have a smartphone, email, and mobile phone number.
If the customer does not have an email address or phone number, the data used shall be the beneficiary’s data from the pension, and must be accompanied by a statement letter from the beneficiary.
These terms and conditions have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
