Motion is a digital transformation of MNC mBanking and Punya Kartu mobile banking application that is easier, safer, and more comfortable to use. Motion MNC Bank is here for all individual MNC Bank customers who already have a Debit or Credit Card.

Motion offers the convenience of doing all banking transactions through your smartphone which is available for Android and iOS.



Motion can be accessed by all customers, both personal savings and giro accounts as well as MNC Bank credit card holders who have downloaded and registered the application.

Requirements and Procedures

Motion registration requirements:
  • Personal Savings or Current Account customers and/or MNC Bank Credit Card holders
  • GSM customers (Telkomsel, XL, Indosat, Three, Axis and Smartfren)
  • Android/ iOS smartphone users
  • the Motion application according to your smartphone on Play Store or App Store.



How to Register Motion:
  • Download & Install the MOTION application
  • Input the following required data:
    • Debit/ATM Card or Credit Card Number
    • Birth Date
    • Mobile Number
    • Email
  • Read and Agree to the Terms & Conditions
  • Input OTP sent via SMS to the customer's mobile number
  • Create Passcode (for login validation)
  • Create PIN (for financial transaction validation)


Fees

  • Internet access fees (GPRS / EDGE / 3G / WIFI) will be charged according to your GSM operator package. No additional fees if accessed with an unlimited internet / BIS access package.

Transactions are processed on working days according to the operational schedule of the Bank of Indonesia National Clearing System.


Tips for using Motion

Below are the additional important tips for you when accessing Motion:
  • Make sure you have downloaded the Motion application through the official website provided by MNC Bank, including:
    • Access www.mncbank.co.id and select “Personal” then choose “MOTION” on “Mobile Application” menu, and scan the QR code, then you will be redirected to download the Motion application or
    • Open Google Play Store (Android Market)/App Store (iPhone Market), and search for Motion MNC Bank application then download the app.

  • Choose a wireless network that uses a network security password or has some other forms of security and it is not recommended to use public/open Wi-Fi access when making transactions through Motion, because the security assurance of public Wi-Fi access / public network is not guaranteed.
  • To do transactions using Motion:
    • Maintain the confidentiality of your Passcode to secure access to the Motion menu
    • Maintain the confidentiality of your Motion PIN as a transaction validation security
    • Make sure that you're logged out when you're done using Motion on your smartphone even if it's only for a moment
  • Change your PIN regularly.
  • Beware of fraudulent attempts from irresponsible parties on behalf of MNC Bank officers either by telephone, fax, or email asking for your personal data, Passcode, and PIN. MNC Bank officers will not request or ask about this matter.


The Risks

Following are the negative impacts that can cause losses due to negligence in accessing Motion:
  • Unwanted access to accounts by unauthorized parties because smartphone registered with Motion, Passcode, and PIN is controlled or known by an illegitimate person.
  • Wrong transfer or payment due to failure to recheck the entered data (through the confirmation screen) carefully during the transaction.
