Procedure For Handling Customer Complaints

- Visit to nearest branch
- Customer should submit requirements below :
- Identity card (KTP/passport)
- Detail of the problem
- Other requirements : transaction receipt, affidavit form

- Receive complaints
- As reference will provide information about complaint Ticket Number
- Solve the complaints
- Provide information about complaints that require investigation process more than 20 business days.
- Provide information that their complaints has been resolved.
