    • Other requirements : transaction receipt, affidavit form

    • Receive complaints
    • As reference will provide information about complaint Ticket Number
    • Solve the complaints
    • Provide information about complaints that require investigation process more than 20 business days.
    • Provide information that their complaints has been resolved.
