Jakarta - PT Bank MNC International Tbk (MNC Bank) provides credit facilities in the form of special transaction loans to PT Batavia Prosperindo Finance Tbk (BPFI), bringing the total value of the overall exposure to Rp253 Billion. The signing of credit agreement was attended by President Director of MNC Bank Mahdan and Managing Director of BPFI Markus Dinarto, also present were Chief Consumer Business Officer of MNC Bank Rasmoro P. Aji, Director of BPFI Indah Mulyawan and management of the two companies in Jakarta, Thursday (1/8 ).
"The collaboration and credit agreement is proof of good relations between Batavia Prosperindo Finance and MNC Bank. This business step is also part of the Bank's strategy to improve performance and in line with the vision of becoming a Bank of the future that provides five-star services for customers and business partners," Mahdan said during the signing of the collaboration.
Mahdan continued, that throughout 2018, MNC Bank had carried out various strategies to improve performance. One of them is to continue good relations with various multi-business partner debtors, one of them with BPFI. That is, through the provision of Joint Financing and Special Transaction Loans since 2015. With the signing of this credit agreement, the Bank's profitability will be even brighter.
"The facilities provided by MNC Bank are in addition to evidence of a good relationship, it is also a challenge for us to be able to take advantage of space for financing growth in the second semester of 2019." Batavia Prosperindo Finance is a subsidiary of Malacca Trust Pte Ltd, a business group whose scope includes: Insurance, Securities, Asset Management, Investment and Multifinance. In addition to collaborating with MNC Bank, BPFI has also collaborated with MNC Group, namely MNC Insurance since 2017.
