JAKARTA - Employees of PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (MNC Bank) work together to help ease the burden of outsourcing personnel working in MNC Bank's operational environment. This was done because it was moved from a sense of solidarity and a desire to share, especially in today's challenging conditions.
Outsourcing workers are at the forefront of essential industries in Indonesia which must provide services under any circumstances, and in various fields ranging from the medical industry to banking. They serve the community starting from security services, to office boys and couriers so that they face their own challenges during the pandemic.
"We are aware that our partners are increasing their burden due to the challenges presented by the pandemic and the implementation of PSBB, therefore all MNC Bank employees are moved to mutual assistance to help alleviate the burden," explained MNC President Director, Mahdan Bank in Jakarta on Tuesday (12/5).
Assistance in the form of packages consisting of rice, instant noodles, cooking oil, granulated sugar, milk sachets, and bar soap is sought from donations by MNC Bank employees. Assistance is given to outsourced workers who need it in the MNC Bank Jabodetabek area which is channeled through MNC Cares.
MNC Peduli as a forum for social activities all business units affiliated with MNC Group have donated assistance for assistance in the form of personal protective equipment (PPE) and medical devices to support the medical team to break the Covid-19 chain. MNC Cares also unceasingly distributes food packages and fast food packages for the affected communities.
Not only to the affected communities Covid 19 who live in Greater Jakarta, MNC Peduli even provides assistance in various regions in Indonesia such as in Papua, NTT and Sulawesi. MNC Cares also distributes food packages assistance through PT BSR Indonesia and PT Global Jasa Sejahtera which is intended for outsourced workers in the MNC Group who are in need.
